By downloading or using Photo Triager, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Photo Triager grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal Apple devices for photo triage purposes.
Photo Triager operates entirely offline. All photo processing, metadata reading, and XMP sidecar writing happen locally on your device. The app does not communicate with any external servers. Network activity, if any, is limited to system services or user-selected file providers (such as iCloud Drive) when you access files through the iOS Files picker.
Photo Triager reads RAW photo files and reads/writes XMP sidecar files within folders you explicitly open via the iOS Files picker. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your photos and sidecar files. The app modifies only XMP sidecar files — it never modifies your original photo files.
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. All transactions are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Photo Triager is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
